Return & Exchange Policy

Exchange and return are guaranteed rights for all our customers and apply to all products offered on our store.

All products displayed in our store are eligible for exchange or return according to the terms and conditions stated on this page.

Returns or exchanges are accepted if the product is in its original condition at the time of purchase and still in its original packaging.

Processing Time:

• Requests for exchange or return will be approved within 3 business days.

• Upon approval, a delivery agent will reach the customer within 3–5 business days.

How to Request a Return or Exchange:

• Send a message via WhatsApp to the number provided in the shipping invoice.

• Or contact us through our Contact Us page.

Please take a photo of the product and include your city, address, and order number. This is required if the product is defective or damaged, or not used as agreed, so it can be exchanged for another product.

Refunds:
The refund will be processed to the customer once the return is approved and received.
